Is personal training included in my rent?
While your building provides the luxury fitness facility as an amenity, Apex Fitness Training services—including private coaching, massage therapy, and nutrition planning—are premium add-ons. These are reserved directly through our portal and billed separately.
How do I secure a reservation?
All bookings are managed digitally. Navigate to the Training or Wellness page, select your service tier, and choose a time that fits your schedule. Payment is secured at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
How far in advance can I book?
The schedule opens on a rolling 30-day window. We recommend securing your preferred time slots at least one week in advance, as our Site Leads maintain a capped client roster to ensure quality.
What is the cancellation policy?
We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation protocol. Because our Site Leads dedicate specific blocks of time to your programming, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. This ensures our professionals are respected and compensated for their reserved time.
I have a previous injury. Is it safe for me to train?
Absolutely. Unlike generic gym staff, Apex Site Leads are clinically fluent. Please disclose your injury history during your initial movement screen. We will build your program specifically to accommodate your limitations and strengthen your recovery.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. For insurance compliance and your safety, every resident must execute a digital liability waiver before their first appointment. This document is automatically provided when you create your client profile.
